You have the option to enhance your subscription by upgrading to a higher tier and transitioning from a monthly billing plan to an annual one. However, downgrading is not supported. If you wish to switch to a lower tier, you must first cancel your current subscription and wait for it to expire. Additionally, should you wish to change your billing frequency from annualy to monthly, this requires transitioning to a higher tier subscription as well.

The “Number of Users” refers to the different roles within your channel. As the channel owner, you count as one user. There are three types of users:
Owner: The person who creates the account and channel.
Editor: Invited by the owner, an editor has permission to create, manage, edit, and film content within the channel.
Cameraman: Invited by the owner, a cameraman has permission to edit only the games they’ve filmed and to film new content.
Additional livestreaming package allows you to stream your games directly to your Sport.Video channel. You can purchase an additional livestreaming package. This package includes 2 extra live streams and 200 livestream hours. There’s no limit to the number of additional packages a user can buy, regardless of their subscription period. The livestreaming packages don’t expire once you buy them, these can be used any time.
Livestream watch time does not refer to the length of the live recording itself, but rather the total duration of views. To simplify, imagine it as follows: 1 hour of watch time means 1 viewer watching 1 complete game (since the average game lasts approximately 1 hour). For example, 400 hours can be consumed with 400 viewers watching a full game or 800 viewers watching half of the game. We recommend keeping an eye on your livestream watch time during events, so it doesn’t get depleted, which would hinder live viewers from watching. Livestream watch time is dynamically updated throughout the event, capturing the engagement of viewers from the moment the stream begins until its conclusion. Beyond the livestream’s conclusion, an additional 48-hour period is often designated to further refine the watch time calculation. This extended timeframe accommodates potential delayed viewership. Subsequently, a comprehensive and accurate measure of data delivered is attained, encapsulating both real-time participation and any subsequent engagement during the post-livestream window.
The limitation on the number of live games is in place due to the comprehensive processing of live recordings. Each game recording, averaging 1 hour in length, requires encoding and preparation for global streaming, putting substantial load on our servers. The designed limits ensure the best possible experience for your viewers and guarantees the smooth delivery of your content.
MultiCam allows you to record a single game using multiple cameras, capturing highlights and Sport.Video livestreams from different angles. However, it’s important to note that each camera recording consumes one game from your subscription plan. Additionally, in the case of livestreaming to your Sport.Video channel, (e.g. not livestreaming to Facebook, YouTube…), each livestreaming camera consumes a livestream recording. For example, recording with 3 cameras, 2 of which are livestreaming, would consume a total of 3 games and 2 livestreamings from your subscription plan. Livestreaming with MultiCam is available only via additional Sport.Video livestreaming package. For highlights production with MultiCam, there are no limitations.
